In addition to doing their own music, Wax Factory covers pretty much all kinds of rock music....they have something for everyone. Some of the modern bands are Fuel, Incubus, 3 Doors Down, Stone Temple Pilots, Foo Fighters, Creed, Matchbox Twenty, Godsmack, Alice In Chains, Puddle of Mudd, Nickelback, Seether, Staind, 311, and Pearl Jam.

Wax Factory also performs some "vintage" songs by groups such as...Cheap Trick, Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Huey Lewis and the News, The Cars, Billy Idol, Free, Aerosmith, Pink Floyd, Poison, Whitesnake, Def Leppard, and Bad Company.

Always a huge fan of all music, Jason Hobbs started to seriously consider playing live music in the late nineties. With numerous contacts in the music industry, Hobbs was looking forward to performing live music. However, it wasn’t until May of 2003 that all of the pieces fell into place as he formed Wax Factory. His vision for the band is, “playing good-time rock-n-roll music with a focus on modern rock.”

As with most bands, there are always lineup changes. Bassist Joe Stephens joined the band in November of 2004. Danny De La Cruz joined the band in April of 2006, and Ryan Murphy joined in January of 2008 solidifying the current lineup.

Wax Factory have extended their area a bit in recent years as they have shows regularly in Evansville, Cincinnati, Columbus, Owensboro, and Lexington. Wax Factory continues the journey as they bring the party to your favorite clubs every month.
